The Walking Dead is what infectious TV looks like. With 7 seasons in the air, this zombie ridden show is full of marvelous scenes and mind-blowing (Literally, like your brain comes out and all that) twists.
Among all the amazing aspects introduced in the comics and expected in the show, the whisperers are truly incredible. And there is also a lot to know about them, like these facts…
1. The whisperers are a group of survivors who wear the skins of the walkers that they have killed, not giving the possibility of getting discovered the slightest chance
2. The name ‘whisperers’ came because these people whisper among themselves while communicating, just loud enough to be heard but not to draw the attention of walkers
3. Their leader is a woman going by the name Alpha. Nobody knows anything about her past life or her previous name
4. There was a war between the survivors and whisperers, which eventually helped Negan earn a good grace in Rick’s book

5. They live like animals, in a pack, with a clearly marked territory that they don’t let others invade. And they truly believe that their way is the way man is supposed to live, unlike Rick and the other survivors
6. Rick’s son Carl, and Alpha’s daughter Lydia fell in love when Lydia was captured by Jesus’ group and taken to the hilltop
7. The second-in-command of the whisperers is a man named Beta, who is fiercely loyal to Alpha and also, nobody has ever seen his face
8. Alpha has a ginormous group of Walkers at her disposal, bigger than any the survivors have ever seen
The whisperers might show up in the show much sooner rather than later, considering the way showmakers are teasing about them. We so hope that’s true!
