I am a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategist. Cultural Curator. Trainer and Coach. I focus on workplace inclusion of underrepresented communities in corporates. An independent publisher and help cultural spaces to be LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I currently live in Chennai and document the contemporary queer history of the city.

• I am the founder and one of the curator of Queer Chennai Chronicles (QCC). QCC aims to document the queer lives in Chennai and the queer side of the city. In July 2018 QCC organized India’s first Queer LitFest to bring Queer writers, translators and allies together to start a conversation on how make the literary space in Tamil Nadu inclusive of LGBT writers and translators.

• Former Programme Curator — Queer Lens, Independent Film Festival of Chennai.
• Co-Founder — Working With Pride — India’s first inter organizational inclusion forum for all dimensions of diversity aimed at improving the lives of underrepresented groups through connection, collaboration and empowerment.
• Former Country Lead of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Symantec.
