‘Bumper Monday’ has started, and we wanted to share with the community the status of the deployment.
At the end of the process the vesting, staking and epoch contracts will all have been deployed. Everyone will then have visibility of their tokens, ready to be claimed and traded or staked, or simply hodled like a true Bumper believer.

To improve our deployment process and quality of our application, we have broken down the whole process into steps that provide more visibility.
These are categorised into:
- Data Cleaning and Finalizing
We are collecting a lot of data for our epoch farmers, public sale participants and people who hold vested tokens. Once this data is collected we need to internally audit it and get that data cleaned up to be used by our dapp.
- Testing
The team executes a number of tests to check if the contracts work as they are supposed to. During the regression of the frontend the testing team cover different scenarios to see whether the integration with the smart contracts work fine and that and try to cover all test cases. These tests are run in a controlled environment on a staging environment with contracts deployed on the Kovan test network.
Lastly, some time-machine tests are executed to allow us to move forward or backwards in time on a local test network step testing different scenarios. Time machine tests are very crucial as the features we are deploying are time dependant.
- Deployment
Once the testing has been completed, we will deploy our contracts to the Mainnet, and update the necessary state for smart contracts. Once the smart contract deployment has succeeded we will deploy to our dapp, replacing the current version.
