How to build a website in 3 steps:

Today it is easier than ever to make a website. We do this for our clients and thought we would share how easy it is in 3 steps:

1. Buy a domain name and hosting. We usually recommend the cheapest current option, unless you are looking for a more robust hosting option then do some reading on shared vs. dedicated/virtual private hosting.
2. Decide on which platform/CMS to use. We use Bootstrap and Wordpress for many of our websites due to ease of use, customizability, adoption, and responsive design. An easy way to get started in no time is to use the 1-click installer from most hosting companies for Wordpress. You could also upload the Bootstrap files and start with an example on their site such as: http://getbootstrap.com/examples/jumbotron-narrow/
3. Add your own fonts, text, content — Google Webfonts are a great way to customize the look and feel of your website and many Wordpress themes already come with these pre-installed. Adding a portfolio page too is a great way to showcase your work too.
