At Bungalow we value and appreciate the open source community. Our tech ecosystem features many open source projects which enable us to do what we are able to do. From Django, Vue.js, and React Native to underlying tools like Docker, git, and editors like vim, open source touches our daily work at nearly every moment.
We recognize that the community behind the open source projects we use are vital to their health and progress. That is why we choose to sponsor PyCon Canada 2018 in Toronto on November 10–11.
As a growing team, we are always looking for ways to continue to support open source and open source communities including opening up our libraries, supporting our engineers in providing patches back to the projects we use, writing about what we learn along the way, and supporting community events when we can.
