Hello, dear readers!
I will share how my ego has significantly hindered my progress and prevented me from advancing to the next ascension level.
I have learned not to dislike nor dismiss my ego, for thanks to it, I am who I am and have overcome some complex challenges. However, I also want to acknowledge how my ego worked overtime to create limiting beliefs during my healing process.
A challenge I found myself with my ego was resistance to change. I struggled for so long to overcome this personally since I was inclined to cling to familiar patterns and beliefs, even when I knew they no longer served my higher purpose.
Even though I knew my ego prevented me from embracing new opportunities and experiences that could lead to further personal growth, I could not shake the ego off. It was clinging to me like a tick on a dog.
When I finally decided to put aside my ego and seek professional assistance, accepting that I could no longer do this alone became one of my most significant accomplishments.
