Hello, dear readers!
Staying grounded while life happens is my mantra, which I share with you at the end of each post.
It is incredible how chaos, even when you work hard to avoid it, finds you one way or another. It could be a personal struggle, a fear you must overcome, a professional hurdle, or any situation holding you back.
For instance, just last week, I found myself overwhelmed by an unexpected challenge with my father, but applying all that I learned last year has allowed me to stay in the present moment, giving me the time and energy to put my favorite P words to work for me.
Perception, Perseverance, Perspective
I hope to be of some assistance as I share some steps I take to manage any situation more subtly and peacefully. After all, we can only control how we react to it.

- Pick five things you are grateful for and remind yourself how far you have come.
