One Thing That Lowers Your Vibration You’ve Not Considered

Let’s get to the root of the problem

You know when your vibration (emotional state) is not high enough for you to feel good. A low frequency hampers your happiness and makes life difficult.

Many of us recognize our moods as vibrations with a high or low frequency. It’s simple to picture them on a scale. Once we do this, we can check their position and think, hmm, I wonder how to raise my mood so it improves.

Another reason to consider our emotions as vibrations is that the great Nikola Tesla said, “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”

Thanks, Nikola. You were right.

A study by the Institute of Noetic Sciences and Dr. David R. Hawkins showed that emotions create an energy field that extends from the body.

Hawkins then created a scale to measure your moods and thus influence the energy you build. However, you need not check every emotion against his chart, as it’s quite obvious when your mood is low.

To put it simply, you feel bad if your emotions plummet.

First attempts at getting to the bottom of your low
