You are a cosmic being in a physical body.

You are minuscule yet infinite
The entire Universe resides within
The temple called your body
Be gentle with yourself,
Like you would be with a child
Choose yourself, no matter what
You are in charge of your life
Life is beautiful, life is serene
Find things that keep you going
Stay authentic and love yourself
Fully and unconditionally
Open your heart to new possibilities,
Invite abundance into your life,
Cherish every moment
And be a Student of the Universe
