I was first introduced to the idea of meditation about 10 years ago when I was a teacher. At the time, I thought it was silly and couldn’t sit still long enough to try it. I’ve been on a healing journey these past several years, and this year, in particular, I’ve experienced tremendous spiritual growth.

As time passed and I learned more about meditation, I realized how powerful it can be in helping with so many areas of your life. Emy
