Celebrating anemployee’s work anniversary is probably the best thing to do in order to motivate that employee. It doesn’t matter how long they have been working for you it will always seem forever to employees when they do not feel appreciated by their managers are their colleagues.

In order to appreciate the hardworking nature of our employees, we tend to celebrate the smallest of achievements no matter what. One of the best things about our organisation is the way we celebrate our employee’s work anniversary. Since we are an organisation filled with youngsters and thriving individuals, we make sure to celebrate their anniversary in the most entertaining way possible.

One thing which is common amongst them is a cake which we make sure comes in two. One is meant for eating and the other one is for “cake face”. We launch a prior notice to the employee to bring in extra pair of clothes because it is quite obvious that things might get dirty the other day. Other than that, we also use our social media channelsto post an employee’s work anniversarypublicly.

What makes our organisation quite unique is the mentality that we follow, which is, offering our employees the best possible working environment which they have never seen before in their career. To us, our team matters the most than anything else, which means we can do anything just to make them feel like they are home and they are being surrounded by the ones who love them.
