What is up folks, I hope you have been enjoying the new direction of the blog and progression each one has taken. If you have any questions or anything else that you would like to know feel free to leave a message and I will get back to you ASAP. Before we move on remember to follow us on Instagram @renforceemarketing , and also remember that this is a high level post that provides you with the skeleton of what our course provides on Teachable (shout out teachable).

Last week I left off with a few pointers on how to sell your product online and some of the key points you need when attempting to start your business online. A quick recap; have a great landing page, front-end offer, upsell over on the backend, downsize option, keep the momentum going, generate a strong following, and continue to fill your sales funnel. The last point is one of the most crucial steps for any entrepreneur when establishing themselves within their industry, due to the fact that without consistent revenue you cannot stay afloat or exceed your financial goals.

Every business minded individual understands the value in setting goals and ensuring that your targets are achievable and align with your lifestyle/business needs. But how does someone know how effective their website is and if it is providing their clients with the correct narrative to ensuring they purchase your product?

This is called your website conversion rate, and it can be how efficient your website is at leading your buyer to purchase the product or how it can navigate said individual to purchase or buy more items. However a better definition for website conversion is; action’s a user takes that indicates they are now a warm lead. This is very important and I can’t state how impactful fully understanding this statistic can be for you and your company. Before we go into a little more depth about website conversion, let me just mention that to properly track an individual’s adventure through your website, there are plenty of tools you can use that can provide you with the right numbers that you need to adjust or enhance your online store.

Reiterating a key point, this is the easiest metric to gauge the success of your website. As it allows you to know important percentages of the purchaser’s journey. For example you will be able to track the point at which your cold lead officially becomes a warm lead. Based on this information, you can take several steps at that point to alter and persuade the individual to continue on the website, remain loyal to the company, or gauge if they are looking for a personal touch. This can in turn revolutionize your site and personal selling tactics to increase your revenue and ensure that you are attaining your goals.

Once you are able to track your website conversion rate and the purchasing roadmap, you should ask yourself this question; “what do I want the user to do once they’ve gotten all the information for the site that will help them make a buying decision?” What do they do next? This is a crucial point, as at this point if your website is poor it can break the client resulting in them not purchasing the product or returning to your site/company again. On the other side it can also push them over the edge to ensure loyalty and by more products.

Once you have answered this question and, again, are able to track the information discussed above it will overall help you to determine what a cold lead needs in order to convert to warm lead, and in turn a potential sale;

1) What pain points are they trying to solve?

2) Why should they choose you to solve it versus your competitors?

3) What questions are they asking?

These questions will help you to understand what you need to give your potential client in order to help them with their decision to either purchase or walk away, or if they will maintain interest or lose it. As per usual all we, at Renforcee, want to do is provide you with the outline and skeleton to establishing your own business, becoming independent and succeeding in this world.
