Happy Holidays from Beyonic!

As you prepare for the holidays, we’d like to say thank you a great year. This year, together, we have processed over 10X more payments to 40X more mobile money subscribers than we did in 2014. Many of these are first time mobile money users. Thank you for being part of our drive to reduce cash risk, increase efficiency & increase exposure to digital financial services. We’re always improving and look forward to serving you even better in 2016.

Like everyone else, we love gifts at Beyonic. While you’re on holiday, we’ll continue to work around the clock to bring you some goodies. A few of them are listed below.

Coming Soon: Faster Processing.

When you make a payment, you want it to be delivered as fast as possible. Our aim is to deliver your payments instantly, so we’ve started a series of upgrades which will be focused on increasing the speed with which we process and deliver your payments. Some of the upgrades have been completed, and we’ll have more scheduled over the next few weeks. We look forward to 10X improvement in processing speed in early 2016.

Here now: More Searching, Less Clicking.

No one likes clicking around — hunting and pecking for that one contact you added last week…

As your data increases, we want you to find the information you need, when you need it, with little or no clicks. Today, we’re releasing a universal search bar that allows you to search across all your contacts, groups, payments and users. You can even search through sub-organizations’ data!

Simply type into the universal search bar conveniently placed at the top-right corner of your screen, and you’ll get relevant results immediately, or hit “Enter” and you’ll be taken to the search results page. Happy searching!

Fixed: Copying payments.

Whoever said copying is wrong, hasn’t used Beyonic. One of the neat Beyonic features is the ability to copy a previous payment, instead of starting a new payment from scratch. A few users reported that this functionality was conflicting with the another exclusive Beyonic feature — automatic withdrawal fee calculation. We’re happy to announce that this time-saving feature has now been fixed and should work as expected.
