New Features Announcement

We are pleased to announce a set of new features:

1. You can now search and filter collections on the API and dashboard using a number of fields including date. For API use please click here to learn more.
2. We have introduced a better way to deal with duplicate payments. Payments made with the same phone number, amount and description will be handled as duplicates if sent within an hour of each other. You may want to use unique descriptions for payments of similar amounts that are sent to a given recipient in under an hour.
3. We are live in Rwanda: Let us know if you are want to transact in Rwanda and we will set you up to get started.
4. Collection Requests now support metadata. This will allow you to add custom key-value attributes to your collection request objects.
   Additionally you are now able to view metadata on the dashboard for payments, contacts and collection requests. You can learn more about metadata here.
