There are many situations in life when you should do some work and you are the head of the group or principal. In order to do the job successfully, many rules must be obeyed. One of them is not to give direct orders but to ask questions. Asking questions not only makes an order more palatable; it often simulates the creativity of the persons whom you ask. People are more likely to accept an order if they have had a part in the decision that caused the order to be issued. So to be effective leader, use questions instead of giving orders.
