If you want to take a notes, do it a brief and write it large on paper. This is some kind of advice for prepare your talk.
This is a good idea, I never didn’t so before. When i was prepare to the speak i always wrote all my words to the paper and took it with me and when I forgot my words I watch to my notes and to continue read from it, because due to my fluster I forgot all my text. So it’s my problem and I’ll try to change it.
