BREAKING: AdNexxt Offers 1 Million Ad Views for Less than $5000.

(KNOXVILLE, TN) Fresh off their successful beta testing, video advertising network AdNexxt is doing the unthinkable. For the first time in the history of connected television — television in general, for that matter — and in an effort to draw new advertisers to Connected TV, they are dropping the cost of connected television advertising to less than $5 per 1,000 views.

As of today, a 15-second run-of-network (RON) spot on the AdNexxt video advertising network costs only $4.99/CPM — that’s 1,000 connected TV ad views for less than 1/2 of 1 cent each. By comparison, Hulu charges on average $30–35 CPM to reach essentially the same viewers, and a similar spot on traditional television somewhere in the range of $25 CPM. What’s more, ads can be banked and scheduled for up to 1 year in advance. Advertisers can use them as quickly as possible or spread them out over the course of a year.

AdNexxt currently provides advertising to more than 100 connected television channels in the music, food, lifestyle and sports categories. New channels are being added each week. The program does have some limitations including limited metrics — advertisers can track total ad views, as well as ad views by channel and geographic location, but advanced data is unavailable at the discounted rate. For advertises looking to reach the broader market, however, this is a great way to test the effectiveness of the AdNexxt system and get your ad seen by as many viewers as possible at the lowest rate ever.

According to AdNexxt founder Phil Autelitano, “While the other ad networks find it difficult to fill ads at a rate higher than 50%, AdNexxt guarantees a near-100% fill rate to all of our channel partners. To make this happen, we need to be aggressive and flexible in our advertising offerings. Sourcing our own ads instead of bidding on them like everyone else, we’re able to be more aggressive and flexible, and in what we charge, too.”

AdNexxt launched unofficially in 2015, providing performance-based advertising solutions to connected television channels as an alternative or add-on to existing ad networks’ streaming solutions. In May 2016, AdNexxt launched their own streaming ad solution to compete with — or compliment — the others.

Autelitano continued, “Ad networks don’t necessarily compete with each other in this space as much as they compliment each other. Every connected television channel is using more than one, and if they’re not, they need to be. Until AdNexxt came along, not all ad networks could fill all ad calls, so you needed a back-up. In many cases though, even that back-up isn’t filling the ad call —often because everyone is getting their ads from the same places. AdNexxt fills that gap.”

For advertisers, filling that gap means a low-cost, high-impact advertising solution: 1 million guaranteed ad views for $4,995.00. It also means reaching fresh, new viewers they otherwise would not reach online or via traditional television advertising. Already more than a dozen advertisers and agencies have signed on. That rate is good through July 31st, 2016 — after which it goes back up to $10,000 — and, again, it can be locked in for 1 year. On top of that, the standard agency discount is still offered.
