How to Promote Your Book to Millions of TV Viewers — for Less than 100 Bucks.

One word — BookTalk. Or is that two?

BookTalk is an outrageously inexpensive yet super-effective new promotional tool for authors and publishers coming to Roku and other connected television platforms, including Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV and Opera TV systems, in August 2016. BookTalk will reach a potential audience of more than 100 million viewers worldwide.

For a one-time fee of $97, you can submit a video discussion (or “talk”) about your book complete with cover art and ordering and/or booking info (if you’re a speaker, too). Your video will receive prominent placement in the channel’s Just Added section for 30 days and then be indexed by author and genre, where it will gather views FOREVER. No ongoing fees, no surprises, nothing else to buy. Just one flat-fee per book discussion.

Every successful author knows the secret to selling books is to talk about them. With BookTalk, authors can maximize the impact of their talks with “virtual back-of-the-room sales,” reaching millions of viewers you otherwise would not reach online or through traditional media outlets. It’s new, wide-open market just waiting for you.

Authors submitting five or more books will also receive their own subchannel category or “grid-row” — (think: Netflix or Hulu grid row) — featuring their head shot and book covers.

All authors receive special tracking links to track their video views in real-time, with daily, weekly, monthly- and year-to-date reports.

BookTalk doesn’t sell books, it only PROMOTES them — it’s up to the individual authors to provide ordering info for their books (embedded in your videos). In addition to your book discussion being seen by millions of BookTalk viewers, authors also receive this cool “As Seen On BookTalk” graphic to use in their promotional materials:

There’s never been a better promotional deal in the history of publishing… Think about it, for just $97 (one-time), you can reach millions of potential readers on TELEVISION and not just promote your book, but promote YOURSELF. People buy from people they like — readers are ten times more likely to buy your book after seeing or hearing YOU talk about it than by just seeing an ad for it or reading about it.

TALKS SELL BOOKS.

BookTalk is brought to you by Mediarazzi, a leading developer of connected television channels for Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Opera TV and other platforms. Mediarazzi has developed and produced some of the top channels on Connected TV including Paula Deen Channel, Oscar de la Hoya’s Ring TV, Whisky a Go Go, Raw Country, Classic Rock TV and more than 30 other popular music, food, sports and lifestyle channels.

Authors, agents and publishers interested in submitting video to BookTalk should visit www.mediarazzi.com/booktalk/ or contact Phil Autelitano, BookTalk producer at phil@mediarazzi.com
