Meet a Member: Joeri van Cauteren

Joeri joined the BoP Community last month. He is the Senior Venture Builder at Bundl, a corporate venture development firm co-creating the businesses of tomorrow with new leading entrepreneurs who form blended venturing teams and share ownership. Joeri employs his design and creative problem-solving background to his business approach at Bundl. He combines both of these skills with behavioral design, foresight, and a high dose of entrepreneurship to create strategies and products which are desirable, viable, and feasible. When helping entrepreneurs change the business world, he believes an entrepreneurial and designer’s approach is most beneficial for organizations to grow and become more successful.

Joeri describes his purpose as:

“People are changing and businesses need to follow if they want to stay alive. I strongly believe the days of the traditional companies are over. Customers are looking for more and connect with each other and the world through their values. I help companies to see these values and to build their business so they can actually connect with their customers. I personally belief that businesses become catalysts of change. Sustainability and a genuine social responsibility are key. The next step for me will be regeneration and actually (pro)actively contributing to a better society. Only by truly understanding this and acting upon it, I believe a business can remain successful.”

When asked about his reason for joining the community, this is what he had to say:

“I’d love to connect with people that are like-minded and equally convinced that the world of business is changing dramatically so I can learn more from them and how I can do better as well.”
