Meet a Member: Lucie Montel

Lucie joined BoP Community this past month after our Marketing & Branding circle co-lead Ida Svenonius, recommended it to her. Lucie is the founder of Project Integrity, a boutique consultancy helping early-stage businesses with their sustainability strategy, circular business models, and impact reporting. Lucie works with both entrepreneurs and those who support them, like incubators and business support programs, to build a global economy that is inclusive and regenerative. Her areas of expertise include sustainability strategy, circular business models, equity & inclusion, impact measurement & reporting, and B Corp certification.

Lucie describes her purpose as:

“After 10 years in the startup ecosystem, I founded my own business — my personal mission stands in its name: Project Integrity. I believe doing the right thing for people and the planet, however challenging, matters. We can’t keep allowing business-as-usual to get away with unfair and unsustainable practices. We need to create a new paradigm where purpose-led businesses are the norm. To encourage this shift, I focus on helping new market players: I work with early-stage startups to embed sustainability in their business, from strategy down to operations. I am also very interested in new collaborative models for businesses to create and share value with their stakeholders.”

When asked about her reason for joining the community, this is what she had to say:
