Comparative Report on Delivery Companies E-Zone and Jet–X

Based on the recent customer survey conducted, we found customers to be dissatisfied with our current delivery company. Some of the issues stated were — late delivery, high transportation costs, and the inability to track their products. Therefore, this report compares two potential delivery companies, E-Zone and Jet-X.

E-Zone was set up earlier than Jet-X and can transport products worldwide. It offers next-day delivery in Europe and the Middle East, and 5-working days delivery policy for other countries. Although E-Zone’s cost starts from $45, and is higher than Jet-X’s, E-Zone guarantees free delivery on any delayed consignments. Moreover, customers can track the delivery online and by phone. As a result, E-Zone has higher customer satisfaction than Jet-X.

Jet-X is a newer company, and its customer satisfaction is not as good as E-Zone’s. Jet-X can also deliver worldwide and the transportation cost starts from $37.5, which is cheaper than that of E-Zone’s. It also offers guaranteed delivery within 48 hours worldwide and a 10% discount for any delays in delivery. Unlike E-Zone, customers can only track their package online.
