Progress Report of Visiting UAE Region

This report aims to summarize what was accomplished on the business trip to the UAE and to also analyze the positives and negatives.

First, the meeting in Dubai with HGA headquarters, which is an oil pipeline company, was excellent, and a bulk order for components was placed by them. Second, the flight from Dubai to Muscat was delayed, resulting in a rescheduled meeting with Doruk to discuss the trade fair in Bahrain next month, which went well. Third, a partnership with Asif Trading Co, which manufactures and sells machine parts, is highly recommended due to their enthusiasm, even though the market for generators is new to them. Lastly, we visited a potential supplier, Raysut Electronics, in Al-Khiran Pearl City, which was however not very productive due to their inability to invest.

Even though not every meeting went smoothly on this business trip, it is felt that potential partnerships have been established, and it is proposed that more visits be scheduled to vet potential suppliers.
