Progress Report on Hiring Software Developers

This report aims to bring you up to date on the progress of hiring new software developers and to also estimate when it will be completed.

After a discussion with the software development manager, it was decided that one MSI engineer position, two software engineer positions and two IT specialist positions will be offered.

What we have already accomplished are the aptitude tests and the personal interview rounds for all 14 candidates. Incidentally, all candidates performed impressively during the interview rounds, which made it difficult for us to decide.

Fortunately, a decision was made, and the software development manager is also pleased with the result. On receiving permission from the management, offer letters will be sent to the shortlisted candidates.

In conclusion, the hiring process has been completed, and all the selected candidates are more qualified than expected. In order to meet the deadline, we would like to know your views, and if everything we have done satisfies you. On receiving your approval, the process will be completed.
