Report on Comparing Delivery Companies E-zone and Jet-X

Introduction: According to the customer survey conducted last year, our customers expressed intense dissatisfaction with our current delivery company- XYZ company. XYZ gave no guarantees, was inflexible about its pricing and delivered products late. Therefore, this report compares two potential delivery companies, E-zone and Jet-X.

E-zone: E-zone was founded in 1990, and is a prime leader in the courier industry. It provides worldwide delivery service, offering next-day delivery in Europe and the Middle East, and a five working day delivery to other countries. Customers can track deliveries both directly and online, and are guaranteed a free delivery in case of any delays, thus resulting in high customer satisfaction. However the price is higher than most other companies in the delivery industry.

Jet-X: Jet-X is a newer company which was founded in 2005. Just as E-zone, Jet-X provides its delivery service worldwide. It is famous for its 48-hour delivery and offers a 10% discount for delays. Customers can only track their packages online. Although the price is cheaper than that of E-zone’s, its customer satisfaction is not as good as theirs.
