Report on the Current Employee Satisfaction with Lloyds’ Catering Service

This report aims to provide the results of a survey conducted into current employee satisfaction with Lloyds’ catering service over the past 3 months.

It was found that 70% of the employees were satisfied with the catering service, and of these 10% were very satisfied. The remaining 30% were dissatisfied, of which 5% of them were very unsatisfied. There were however some issues identified that have been listed below:

  1. The canteen closes after 3pm.
  2. The coffee served is cold and the quality is unsatisfactory.
  3. There are lesser options for vegetarians and no provision for halal food.
  4. Uncomfortable seating in the canteen

In general, the feedback from our employees is quite good. However, there is still some room for improvement.

It is suggested that the following steps be taken:

  1. Discuss the extension of the canteen business hours with the Lloyd’s manager.
  2. Purchase a new coffee machine and better quality coffee beans to keep everyone satisfied.
  3. Design a menu that fits everyone’s needs in the company.
  4. Budget for the purchase of new chairs at the upcoming budget meeting.
