Report on Employee Satisfaction with Current Workplace

This report aims to provide the results of a survey conducted into employee satisfaction with the current workplace.

It was found that 80% of employees were satisfied with the current environment, and of these 10% were very satisfied. The remaining 20% were unsatisfied, of which 5% of them were very unsatisfied.

The issues mentioned have been listed below:

1. The temperature settings of the air-conditioner fluctuate dramatically.
2. The copy machine does not work well.
3. Information is not clearly communicated between employees.

Even though some of them have complained about these problems, many of them have adapted to these issues successfully.

It is suggested that the following steps be taken:

1. Find a technician to fix the air-conditioner and the copy machine problems.
2. Put “ Should we purchase more copy machines?” in the next meeting’s agenda.
3. Conduct a training on internal communication for our employees.
