Report on the Performance of The New Sales Employees

This report was commissioned by the Sales Department on November 1st, so as to review in detail the overall situation with regard to the performance of our sales employees.

The findings are based on the analysis of the twenty new salesmen’s performance, and consider the issues faced in the Sales Department:

1. Half of them lack adequate sales experience

2. Most of them do not have technical product knowledge

Fortunately, all of them have a good attitude to work, and they are willing to learn and improve.

Based on the analysis, we could take the following steps:

1. Hold a series of technical training courses for the sales representatives

2. Buddy experienced employees with the entry-level employees

3. Record difficulties when faced so as to avoid similar situations in the future

4. Recruit future candidates with related work experience or educational qualifications

In conclusion, if we could enhance the training system and follow the guidelines suggested above, our Sales Department would succeed in meeting their sales target.
