How to formally get a job VISA in the UK?
Most of the Chinese students who come to study in the UK hope to accumulate some work experience after graduation, but since the cancellation of the post-study work visa, more and more people have to choose to return home or stay in the UK with venture capital when they can’t find a company to provide work permits. For students, the most familiar visa type should be tier 4 (general). There are many visa types in the UK, and the scores are very detailed.
There are three main types of visas available for work in the UK:
Tier 1 — mainly for business and immigration applicants
Tier 2 — mainly for applicants who find jobs in guarantee companies
Tier 5 — mainly for applicants who find short-term guarantee work

Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Visa:

Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) Visa：
Referred to as “ET” visa, it is suitable for talents in the fields of science, humanities, engineering, medicine, electronic technology and art. As long as there are relevant agencies to guarantee, you can apply.
Application conditions：
1. Need to have outstanding performance in science, engineering, humanities, medicine, electronic technology, art and other fields
2. Recognized by relevant authorities
Tier 1 (Investor) Visa
The visa is the fastest but most expensive, with an investment of £ 2 million. The application can be started three months before coming to the UK, and the result can be received within three weeks after the application is submitted.
Application conditions：
1. At least two million pounds of investment
2. More than18 years or older
3. To prove that the money came from you or your husband/wife
4. Have a UK bank account
5. From countries other than the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland
