Last year, Billion or Bust Media created a podcast called “I Got A Story To Tell” that is hosted by a wonderful start-up company by the name of Pippa. Before hosting our podcast through Pippa we had chosen a different platform. What drew us to their platform was ease of use, and being able to get in touch with a representative virtually at anytime.

I had an issue with updated my payment method, and our podcast was at risk of being down, which is something that you can’t afford to happen in this content driven society. I was able to get in touch with a representative at 11:00pm, not just any representative Simon the CEO of Pippa. He looked into the issue and had it resolved personally in 15min.

This situation gained a customer for life, but even more so, it was inspiring to see the CEO of a company taking the time to make sure that the customer’s needs were taken care of. But wait there is more…

Not too long after getting us back up and online, Simon reached out to me about our podcast being placed on Spotify. I was honored that they would consider our podcast as a candidate.

One week later our podcast was available on Spotify. If you are looking for a podcast hosting platform, Pippa is the only way to go.
