In just a few short weeks since our launch, we’ve successfully indexed millions of documents (our scaling story is in the works) and gotten some great reviews from our early users… Thank you! After the dust settled, two user requests came through loud and clear: our users want Box and Confluence support. Today, I’m happy to announce that we support both of them!
Box, meet Butter.ai
We’ve found that no matter the size of your organization, it’s often necessary to centralize your content and workflows in a secure place like Box. The Box platform has made huge leaps forward this year and we couldn’t be more pleased to announce our own integration with their cloud content management platform. This new integration means you can find your Box content directly in Slack.
“The need for organizations to move fast and operate in a modern way is more important than ever before,” said Andrew Edelman, Director of Business Development at Box. “We’re excited to see Butter.ai join Box’s growing partner ecosystem to bring smart, search capabilities to our enterprise customers so they can get to their Box content more quickly and seamlessly.”
A Confluence of answers
Our users have told us that Confluence is often the wiki of record for their companies, but switching contexts to the Confluence site and searching in an unfamiliar environment makes getting the content you need difficult. Now, you’ll be able to get access to that valuable content right where you work in Slack.
To get started, your Confluence administrator will need to configure access from the Butter.ai dashboard. This will allow the users on your team to connect their accounts to Confluence.
More to come
We plan on adding more data sources as we grow to make sure you have access to all of the content you need to do your best work. If there are integrations you’d like to see us support, please let us know. In the meantime, connect Box and Confluence today!
