Tether (USDT) is a popular stablecoin whose value is pegged to the U.S. dollar. It protects users from the volatility of the cryptocurrency space by fixing the value of its cryptocurrency to the value of an established fiat currency. USDT tokens are 100% backed by Tether’s reserves.

While we already have USDC listed on the BuyCoins app for instant trades, we chose to still list USDT because it has much more liquidity and is trusted by many crypto traders and businesses for cross border transfers. USDT has a market cap of $17.96B.
