BuzzShow News Update

Postponement of the open beta

We will like to bring to the notice of our community the decision to hold off on our mainnet switch to a later date. Embarking on an ambitious project like BuzzShow has its challenges and the team is working hard to ensure all loopholes are plugged before going live. In spite of this, we still maintain our resolve to deliver a world-class product with the right appeal and optimized potential to disrupt the social media space based on our unique selling points.

The shift in launch date will allow the development team more time to complete the ongoing onboarding process which will enhance the platform’s economic cycle and provide a competitive advantage in the market. At this point, we’re reiterating our commitment to meet-up with the Q4 deadline for the open beta release according to our development roadmap. The new release date will be announced in subsequent publications.

New Features

A few more updates have been made to the current alpha version both on desktop and mobile. On desktop, users will now enjoy a multichannel management feature which allows the addition of clips to multiple channels among other functions. Also, a keyword search feature has been enabled to fast-track access to clips when users perform searches.

The multichannel management feature was also added to the mobile app in addition to other new features one of which is the tutorial. The latter was introduced to improve the user experience, especially for new users who are accessing the mobile app for the first time. The mobile app is currently available on Google Play store for Android users. The iOS version remains pending.

Events and Roadshows

BuzzShow founder, Offer Kohen, Jay Van Den Berg the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO), Fernando Molina the Spanish & Latin America Media Advisor and Óscar Domínguez, BuzzShow Blockchain Advisor are currently in Lisbon for the 2018 technology Web Summit. The team will meet with potential investors and influencers to discuss the amazing potentials of BuzzShow. Read more about the summit and the team’s plans in this recent publication.

We also wish to announce that BuzzShow will be on exhibition in the Alpha Startup category at the summit venue on Wednesday, 7th November 2018. The stand number is A128.

Finally, our next stop after Lisbon is Asia. The team will be attending the Asia Blockchain Week scheduled to hold from November 27 — December 1 in Singapore. More details will be provided in subsequent publications.
