BuzzShow Network is a blockchain-based decentralized video social network that has been envisioned and developed ahead of its time since 2016. The goal is to benefit users and reward all of them.

BuzzShow Network is a platform that prioritizes the needs of content producers, curators, and viewers. Goldies are the token coins of BuzzShow Network to reward the creation, sharing, and viewing of videos on the platform. All members of the platform can earn money not only by creating material but also by sharing and watching videos. This is the first fully established social video network that allows everyone on the website to participate and earn money.

How does BuzzShow Network work on Blockchain Technology?

To ensure that the content is genuinely decentralized, the network uses InterPlanetary File Sharing (IPFS). IPFS is a content-addressable, peer-to-peer hypermedia distribution system that aims to provide a decentralized and permanent way of file sharing and storage. It does not rely on a centralized database like most video websites. Moreover, it is faster, more open, and safer than database-based video streaming systems. This technology is advantageous to BuzzShow since it enables the platform to be genuinely decentralized while significantly reducing bandwidth expenses.

How BuzzShow Will Distribute The Revenue?

BuzzShow is dedicated to ensuring that revenue earned from commercials and premium subscriptions is divided more evenly among content creators, curators, and viewers, based on their level of participation and popularity on the platform.

This is not typical of other video sharing platforms, which split revenue 50–50 or 55–45 percent with content creators, as YouTube does solely with top-tier content creators. While the majority of content creators, curators, and, without a doubt, viewers, who are at the heart of the platform’s existence, receive no compensation for their efforts. Even Twitter and Facebook have no revenue-sharing formula for creators, curators, or viewers, not even for trending content. Therefore, BuzzShow intends to disrupt the industry by distributing a portion of the revenue gained through content development to all participants involved.

When creators post their first video on the platform, they will be rewarded with Goldies (a native currency), even before the site’s demands grow. They can also profit from each verified referral link on the platform. This platform allows users to build channels and upload videos for no cost. Everyone can use the site for free, and all users start at the same level. Additionally, if a user’s content is of high quality, content creators can sell access to it, allowing them to earn Goldies. Users can pay Goldies, earned on the platform to access this premium content.

BuzzShow aims to bring a more successful technique than the random ad placements that are popular on other video-sharing sites. This is accomplished by allowing advertisers to pay content creators and curators directly in order to ensure that advertisements are placed in videos that are relevant to their target audience. Advertisers can purchase Goldies from curators or specific content creators to pay for advertising space.

Every time a video is shared or viewed on a video curator’s channel, they will receive Goldies. Viewers, on the other hand, will earn Goldies for watching videos on the platform, which they can then use to purchase premium content from their favorite creators. BuzzShow’s goal with this platform is to give users the flexibility to upload content that isn’t restricted or owned by any platform. This will provide a platform where anyone can create content, view it, share it, and get rewards for their efforts.
