Adam from Buzzy here. We’re tinkering with the future of web and native app creation, making it accessible to everyone.

Human imagination has always been ahead of the curve: In 1968, the movie “2001: A Space Odyssey” revolutionized AI depiction with the iconic and unsettling HAL 9000, challenging human-machine boundaries.

AI’s current gig? Revolutionizing app development — making it not just faster and more affordable, but also within reach for more people. The startup graveyard is filled with ventures that had the spark but burned out too soon, often due to funds drying up or innovation stalling. We’re changing the game by offering more chances to iterate, refine, and succeed. More opportunities mean a higher chance of hitting the jackpot, and that’s a win-win for all.

My journey with AI has been a long and winding road. It started in ’94 at uni, with a vision too grand for its time, took a detour through the almost-there microapps built on IBM Watson, and has now landed in the era of OpenAI, where we’re finally bringing those app dreams to life. It’s been a significant jump.

Initially, we ventured into converting Figma designs into functioning apps. Now, AI is our co-pilot, guiding us through data modeling and app definition and has the ability to create a working app in the cloud in minutes. Sure, it’s a bit like herding cats — AI can be unpredictable and has its quirks. Yet, it’s these challenges that make our journey exciting, as we edge closer to simplifying the complex.

Humans are irreplaceable. They’re the soul behind the ideas, the craftsmen of design, the scribes of code, and the final word in quality assurance. AI might accelerate the process, but it’s the human touch that shapes the final product.

Our mantra? Let AI tackle the grunt work while we finesse the details with custom code, ensuring our creations remain flexible and future-proof. We’re not in the business of sidelining humans; our aim is to eliminate the drudgery.

This is particularly crucial for startups. Those unique snippets of custom code? They’re what set your app apart in a sea of cookie-cutter solutions. With Buzzy, you’re not trapped in a walled garden; our platform champions time and cost efficiency, enabling rapid prototyping and iteration.

Creating apps is an art form — a delicate balance between automation and human creativity. We’re not chasing full automation but rather a harmonious blend of AI’s efficiency and human ingenuity. That’s the sweet spot for innovation.

So, from one geek to another, let’s demystify app development with Buzzy. Together, we can craft something extraordinary.
