Trump, once again, is receiving a storm of disagreements relating to his bold statements against individuals. He criticized Robert S. Muller, a former F.B.I director and appointed special counsel, this Wednesday regarding the ongoing investigation into Russia’s 2016 campaign meddling.

Muller gave a bold statement in a morning show that President Putin of Russia may have damaging information on Trump. A number of questions and suspicions on the relationship and personal interest of Trump in Russian politics and political leaders has also been raised.

And Trump, against the advice of his aides, after a recent onslaught of blame games once again considered Twitter as a platform to express his strong sense of power. He quoted a reference by a Harvard professor according to which he states he had been opposed to appointing Muller as a special counsel for the investigation and mentioned he was still opposed to it.

Trump paid his congratulations to the re-elected Russian president. He also termed the Russian meddling investigation, a “hoax”. Due to this, a number of former US officials turned up to criticize Trump. Amongst them, former CIA director John Brennan openly said, “I think he’s afraid of the president of Russia” and also released a powerful statement that has begun the blame game in US politics.
