Find out more about how we here at Bware Labs celebrated the month of love and all the exciting updates that went live in February!

Bware Labs February Update

Ah, February, the time of love and romance! With all the hearts flying around and Valentine’s cards being sent, Bware Labs did what it loves most during the month: empowering Web3 devs with reliable infrastructure services and tools!

We started February by joining the Amplitude Chain as Collators. Bware Labs’ mission will be to contribute to the stability and security of the parachain, syncing our efforts with Pendulum’s purpose of bridging Fiat and DeFi.

The XPLA Snapshot Service went live as well in early February. Designed with speed and efficiency in mind, the Snapshot Service is meant to help devs easily get access to blockchain information, whether it be for bootstrapping nodes, easing migration, or kickstarting a validator. You can check out our Snapshot Services here!

We’re glad to have been featured in a case study created by our bare metal partners servers.com! Following the Blast API mainnet launch, bare metal providers, such as servers.com will be key in ensuring the high level of performance required from third-party providers joining the Blast protocol.

ETH Denver also came around with February, and as travel lovers, of course, we’re attending. We co-sponsored an amazing event, MoveCon by Move DAO, where our colleagues took part in fireside chats about Bware’s involvement in the Move ecosystem.

You can also find us on Youtube now! We’re prepping up some really fun and educational content that we’ll soon share there, so, you know — like, share, and subscribe? ;)

February also came along with the release of our new Ambassadors Program, a community project that recognizes and rewards top contributors for creating and sharing high-quality content with the Bware ecosystem and community! The Brainiac Program is made up of 5 tiers, each one requiring more effort and involvement than the next, but in return offers higher and more lucrative rewards too.

On the Blast side, February was a month of beginnings and conclusions. We’re excited to have Pika Protocol as the newest addition to the lineup of Web3 projects powered up by Blast API endpoints. Pika is a decentralized perpetuals swap exchange on Ethereum excelling in high leverage and low slippage.

The highlight of the second month of 2023 was, undoubtedly, the end of the Houston Incentivized Testnet. Seven months of constant work, testing, and retesting have concluded with the Stress Testing undergone by Blast, where the platform proved remarkable results. Houston Testnet onboarded and prepared Node Providers for the decentralization of the platform while giving them the option to earn the necessary funds to join the platform in its production state.

With spring just around the corner, Bware Labs is getting ready for fresh starts, new integration, more innovation and… well we’ve got one BIG announcement coming up soon, so keep your eyes on us and get ready — outer space is waiting!
