Bware Labs — September Update

Another month is coming to an end, and we are thrilled to share with you the latest updates from the Bware Labs team.

This month was full of recognition of our prowess, as we established sound partnerships with Astar and Fantom, while also receiving grants from both these well known crypto projects, in order to support their growth with our API capabilities. Therefore, through our platform at app.bwarelabs.com, you are now able to generate endpoints for Shiden (Dusty) and Fantom (Mainnet and Testnet).

We also had a lot of firsts this last month. We are very proud to announce that we have onboarded our first corporate API consumer, Solarbeam which constitutes a clear proof of our project utility and performance, even at such an early stage. Moreover as a company, we became investors for the first time, in a project that we feel very bullish about: DeBridge! This is very exciting for us, as not too long ago we were on the other side of the proposition, looking for investors ourselves. To get to the point in which we become investors in another project, in just a few months, is truly an achievement we are very proud of!

Another goal we started pursuing this month is to increase our visibility and presence in the various crypto communities, therefore, we are now hiring a CMO and a Social Media Manager, on top of launching an Ambassador Program! We hope that by onboarding the best people in these positions we will increase the ties with our communities, while simultaneously increasing their respective memberships!

On the development side, things are going very well. We are converging with the implementation on multiple modules and hope to be in a good position to start preparing for an incentivized testnet phase soon, where selected members of our community will be able to try out the full feature-set of the Bware Labs ecosystem and get rewarded for their effort! More on that as we approach the launch of the trials!

We also increased our supported validators list as well, by adding a Velas validator and a Shiden Collator to the lineup.

We’re sure you are very curious about the launch of our token, as we announced it will happen in Q3, which ends in a couple of days. As you probably suspect, we will delay the launch and hope that we will be able to make it happen in Q4. The main reason for the delay is our desire to find the best suitable avenue and strategy for the launch, in order to meet as many of the requests we receive from our community members, especially the early adopters and supporters.

Fine tuning our strategy in order to accommodate most of the feedback is no easy task in itself. Adding to that the mission to find a high-quality platform capable of supporting such a launch, operated by a trustworthy team, makes the endeavour even more difficult. But we are committed to staying on path for this goal and are confident that we are making progress toward it, together with our partners! We’ll share more details about it, as soon as we are able to. In the meantime, we very much appreciate your support and your patience on this matter.
