No! Email signatures are not synchronized across all devices (webmail, desktop, and mobile). If you create or edit an email signature on one device, it will not be reflected on all other devices where you use Gmail. Google Workspace does not yet have this feature, as of September 2023.

Can I use HTML in my email signature on Gmail?
