The art of storytelling (a podcast)

Bynder Talks — Podcast with Alice Forestan

User Experience (UX) is often about telling relatable stories. After all, our craft is all about the user, and users are relatable human beings. On that note, UX stories need to be appropriately crafted in order to present a clear picture to the audience (which often includes managers, engineers, and other peers) and get a valuable outcome out of it (getting buy-in, elevating the role of research, raise awareness or just get the team excited). These stories can contain research, data, solution directions, and all sorts of information that more often than not, play a role in educating a decision.

In the latest episode of Bynder Talks, we talk with Alice Forestan, Sr. UX Researcher at Bynder about how we as designers can gain the confidence and trust of stakeholders through the right storytelling approach. Not only that, but Alice is one fun lady to listen to and a true UX rockstar, so if you want to make sure you include the correct elements to create a stunning case as a researcher, listen to the full podcast on Spotify.
