We’re now accepting story submissions to the Byteconf Medium publication! If you’ve written a great tech/programming-focused story, we’d love to publish it on the Byteconf publication.

Why publish with us? Here’s a couple reasons:

  • The Byteconf community is growing quickly. Since announcing the project at the beginning of April, we’ve been connecting with thousands of developers all over the world on Twitter.
  • We’re open to posts of all kinds, whether you want to share a new project you’re working on, an exploration of software architecture/code, or something programmer-adjacent, like remote working tips or your favorite conference talks.
  • We don’t own copyright on your post, or ask you to change anything to better fit Byteconf’s needs. You can add links to your projects, your Twitter, your company, etc – we just want to read and publish good stuff.

We accept story drafts, or stories you’ve written that haven’t yet been published to another publication on Medium. Unsure if your post fits that criteria? Reach out!

Have a good match for a story? Great! Submit your draft to: medium AT bytesized DOT xyz. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!

Byteconf React is a free React/JavaScript conference, streamed on Twitch. Join us on August 31, 2018, to hear from the best React developers and teachers from around the world. Join our mailing list and follow us on Twitter to stay up to date!

Kristian Freeman is the organizer of Byteconf, a software engineer, teacher, and podcaster.
