JaNay’s Living Cities Journey [VIDEO]

I sometimes talk about not only doing the right things, but also ensuring that we are doing them right. So, when Living Cities decided to make racial equity core to its work, I was all-in on being a part of the solution. I’m excited about the work, the lives we’re affecting, and the partners Living Cities engages.

But I wasn’t always so certain about my place at Living Cities. I wasn’t sure if we were on our way to closing racial income and wealth gaps. In the video below, I want to show my personal racial equity journey and how it intertwines with the change taking place at Living Cities, as others begin their own journeys.
