Writers, you are so much more than just intelligence
With all the buzz around ChatGPT and AI and the hundreds of tools that sprang up like dew overnight, you may feel suddenly less valuable—less needed in the world.
But take heart, you’re human.
You’re so much more than mere intelligence.
You are emotion and culture.
You get angry and explode, and get sad and cry, and laugh until it hurts.
You are uniquely you and at the same time part of the great family of humans.
You are relationships, both good and bad.
You are the product of horrible things and great things, both within your control and outside of it.
You are soul, body and spirit, heart and will, attitude and emotion.
Look at everything you are. Artificial Intelligence can’t hold a candle to you.
So don’t fear the AI uprising. It’s coming, but square your shoulders. You’re human.
