The more diversity you bring to your team, the greater your chances of finding groundbreaking insights and solutions.

Research has shown that a diverse, inclusive workforce is more productive and innovative. We should know the difference though between diversified and inclusive workplaces. Due to international trade that it is normally cooperating with different races, ages, and religions people at work nowadays. It doesn’t mean a diversified company might have an inclusive culture and also an inclusive organization might not have diversified culture at all.

An inclusive workplace makes diverse employees feel valued, welcome, and include in the workforce instead of spacing out.

Providing an inclusive work environment not just enhance productive and innovative. There are several other positive outcomes from the inclusive environment.

First of all, it increased worker commitment to and identification with the company and organizational success. Second, it improved employees’ health, well-being, and productivity. The health we mention here is a more psychological level. Last, and also is the most important one in my point of view. It reduced the perception of discrimination and inequity. We all want to be respected and feel equal treatment, and that is how an inclusive environment makes.
