Nowadays, being more international has already become a new trend.
There are different kinds of people in the same working environment. They are hardworking and dedicating a lot but they don’t get an equal chance to promote or speak. It isn’t fair to judge other people because of their skins or gender. So I think leaders need to open their mind to accept other people. If they still have stereotypes, they can’t see other people’ advantages and improve their business.
In other words, if leaders can see other people’ abilities and contributions, they would have creative ideas and bring great benefits to the company.
