An Inclusive Work Environment

In my point of view, I think it is important for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment because an inclusive work environment makes diverse employees feel respected, welcomed and included in the company. Then, diverse employees can communicate and share information with colleagues in a comfortable way. As a result of it, an inclusive work environment may increase productivity and creativity. If a company has an inclusive work environment, it will probably has an upper hand because it can reach more new and diverse customers which others may not attract these kinds of clients. On the other hand, everyone will have equal opportunities to get into a position that they strive for. However, some of the companies didn’t have an inclusive work environment. And I think there are two ways for the solution. One of them is to educate employees about diversity and cultural communication. The other way is to motivate employees to act inclusively. Companies can hold diverse training and cultural workshops to help employees understand how to interact with diverse employees. After all, an inclusive work environment may seem difficult to achieve in some companies, but if you start to use the two methods, perhaps you will change your mind.
