An Inclusive Work Environment

I think it is essential for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment. In my opinion, there are two reasons that we must do it. Firstly, we can work joyfully with our colleagues. Because of the fair treatment from the managers or leaders, we will not envy or compete with our coworkers. We can focus on the tasks, not on different salaries, workloads and so on. The other reason is our work environment not only have domestic people but also come from other countries. Nowadays, we often have a chance to work with foreigners, so we need to respect other cultures and different kinds of habits. I think there are several tips to become more inclusive. For example, share with others. It’s such an easy word, but it is really difficult to do. You can share your opinion with others and realize other’s thought. Initiate, the reason is most of the newcomers or people who feel shy. We can give our hands to make them more confident, and I think they will appreciate a lot. In conclusion, leaders must provide an inclusive work environment.
