Do you think it is important for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment?

The world has nearly 7.5 billion people, and there are many different kinds of ethnics live on Earth. You may have a chance to work with different genders, or you may work with a foreign colleague. There are three reasons that I think it is important for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment. Firstly, in many companies, women have the same abilities as men. However, there is a glass ceiling, and you might see presidents usually are men. The company should give the same opportunity for men and women. Second, foreign workers could face discrimination at work. That makes the work environment worst. If a leader gives them an equal work environment, they could work more efficiently and the company could earn more profits. Finally, women should be paid the same salary as men. If a leader treats them equally, he may be respectable in the company. Above these reasons, I think a leader should provide an inclusive work environment.
