Do you think it is important for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment?I think the answer is absolute yes! I’m sure no one would like to work hours in a non-inclusiveenvironment.The earth is round,you never know where you’re going to meet people, how many people, and how a friendly environment is bound to create a good working environment. There are three reasons why it is important for leaders to provide an inclusive work environment. Firstly, when we are in a good atmosphere, we can express our opinions bravelyand have different entry points. Secondly, when your colleagues have difficulties in carrying out tasks, they will try to ask for help rather than cover it up. All in all, avoiding the inconvenience caused by an unfriendly working environment, leaders need to provide an inclusive work environment first.
