Do You Think It’s Important for Leaders to Provide an Inclusive Work Environment?

Nowadays, due to international traffic developing, more and more companies are employing workers worldwide, so providing an inclusive work environment is becoming important for leaders. Think about that if someplace is full of people from different cultures, how will this place seem like? It must be a mess. For example, if a company only serves steaks in their cafeteria, an employee who is a Hindu won’t be able to have meals there. For these reasons, I think all companies should build a work environment with inclusivity. However, saying is easier than doing, so how can they provide such an inclusive environment is the main point. In my opinion, starting with some small differences might be a good idea. For instance, setting up interesting clubs, like sports clubs, reading circles, etc. can let people from different cultures but the same interest get together, and these people can know each other better in the clubs. In conclusion, there are many more ways to provide an inclusive work environment, and we still need a lot of effort to do that.
