I believe that everyone is going to have the chance to work in a new workplace, therefore, it’s pretty important to leaders to create safe and inclusive work environment, in order to make them happy and feel comfortable and welcomed in their own job. Believe it or not, this type of environment surely increases worker satisfaction and, ultimately, plenty of organisational outcomes. First of all, it’s essential to clarify that biased and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable in the workplace. No matter what gender you are, or even any kind of skin color you have, leaders must treat your own workers equally. We cannot judge a person from their appearances or size, all we need to focus on is their ability and personality. In addition, it is really important to give opportunities to share their opinions and incredible thoughts, it not only can increase the competitiveness between different companies but also can become much better than any other companies in the entire market. In conclusion, effective leaders should provide an inclusive work environment for any of worker, they must guide staff members in learning to accept one another. as well.
